The best ServiceMyCar alternative depends on why you are looking. ServiceMyCar collects your car, services it at a partner garage and brings it back. If you want the job done at the car instead, or you need help right now because the car will not start, QARO is the closest fit: a technician comes to wherever the car is parked, 24/7, at a fixed AED price shown before you confirm. If you still want pickup-and-drop but with a different provider, MySyara is the nearest like-for-like. If you would rather drive in, Fasttrack Emarat runs walk-in branches. And for warranty or recall work, your dealer is the right call.
Disclosure: we make QARO. Every competitor detail below is taken from that company's own website and is dated at the end of this page. Where another option is the better choice, we say so.

What ServiceMyCar does, so you know what you are replacing
ServiceMyCar is a garage network with pickup and drop-off. Its own FAQ describes free pickup and delivery on app and website bookings, service packages starting from AED 349 for a major service, extra work and parts charged after the job, and a 12-month or 10,000 km parts-and-labour warranty on its work. It does not offer roadside help; ServiceMyCar charges recovery as an add-on at AED 150 in and around Dubai. For a full service or a workshop repair you do not want to drive to, that model works well.
1. QARO — when the job can be done at the car
QARO does not take the car anywhere. A technician drives to it — home, office, car park or roadside — with the parts and tools for the job. That changes three things:
- You keep your car. No handover, no driver, no day without it.
- Emergencies are the core. Jump-start starting from AED 120, battery replacement starting from AED 425 fitted, flat-tyre change starting from AED 150, car lockout starting from AED 350 and flatbed towing starting from AED 175 — 24/7.
- The price is fixed before you confirm. VAT inclusive, shown in the app; no quote after inspection for the services QARO covers.
Routine jobs work the same way: car wash starting from AED 55, a 23-point pre-purchase inspection starting from AED 325 and engine diagnostics starting from AED 100. Where QARO is not the answer: work that needs a ramp or a pit — a major service, brakes, AC, gearbox or bodywork. QARO books those at a verified garage through Garage Booking in the same app, which is a pickup-free version of what ServiceMyCar does.
2. MySyara — the nearest like-for-like
If what you like about ServiceMyCar is the pickup, MySyara is the closest alternative. MySyara offers free pickup and drop-off for workshop jobs, doorstep technicians for lighter ones, and published starting prices on its site: full service starting from AED 350, AC service starting from AED 100, brakes starting from AED 325 and denting and painting starting from AED 425. It also offers buy-now-pay-later plans of up to 12 months. MySyara does not list towing or lockout, and covers Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman. QARO vs MySyara, in detail.
3. Fasttrack Emarat — if you would rather drive in
Fasttrack Emarat runs 28 walk-in branches at or near fuel stations across Dubai, the Northern Emirates and Al Ain, open seven days, with some branches open 24 hours. It covers oil changes, tyres, batteries, brakes, AC, servicing, tinting, detailing and pre-purchase inspections, and offers pickup and drop-off too. Fasttrack Emarat publishes no prices online — you get a quote at the branch. It suits a quick job when you are passing a branch anyway.
4. Your dealer — for warranty, recalls and brand history
If the car is under manufacturer warranty, has an open recall, or you want an official brand service history for resale, the dealer service centre is the right place, whatever it costs. Keep every invoice either way. See dealership service alternatives in the UAE for when leaving the dealer makes sense.
5. An independent workshop, booked through QARO
For out-of-warranty repairs that need a workshop, QARO’s Garage Booking lets you book a verified garage in the same app you use for mobile jobs. You drive the car in (or have it towed by QARO), and the garage quotes the repair.
Which ServiceMyCar alternative should you choose?
- The car will not start, has a flat or is locked: QARO. It is the only option here built for roadside help, 24/7.
- A routine job that can be done at the car (battery, tyres, wash, inspection): QARO, at a fixed price, without handing the car over.
- A major service or workshop repair, collected from home: MySyara, or stay with ServiceMyCar.
- A quick drive-in job: Fasttrack Emarat.
- Warranty or recall work: the dealer.
Many UAE drivers keep two apps: one mobile app for emergencies and at-the-car jobs, and one workshop service for the rest. See also QARO vs Service My Car, head to head.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a ServiceMyCar alternative that comes to my car instead of collecting it?
Yes. QARO sends a technician to the car and does the job where it is parked, for battery, tyres, lockout, towing, wash, inspection, diagnostics, detailing and ceramic coating. MySyara also offers doorstep technicians for lighter jobs.
Does ServiceMyCar offer roadside assistance?
No. ServiceMyCar’s FAQ describes recovery as an add-on at AED 150 in and around Dubai, not a roadside service. For a jump-start, flat tyre or lockout, QARO is available 24/7.
Which alternative is cheapest?
It depends on the job. For work that can be done at the car, QARO’s fixed prices are starting from AED 55 for a wash and starting from AED 325 for a 23-point inspection. For a full service at a garage, compare MySyara’s service starting from AED 350 with ServiceMyCar’s package starting from AED 349 — and check what each includes.
Can I use QARO and ServiceMyCar together?
Yes. Many drivers use QARO for emergencies and at-the-car jobs, and a pickup-and-drop service for major servicing.
