A child or a pet locked inside the car, especially in the heat, is an emergency: call 999 first. For everything else that goes wrong on the school run or a family trip, QARO comes to your car 24/7 in all seven emirates, whether it is a dead battery in the school car park, a flat tyre on the way home or keys locked in at the mall. The price is shown in the app before you confirm.
If something goes wrong with the children in the car
- Anyone locked inside, or in danger: call 999 now. Do not wait for a lockout service.
- Broken down on a busy road: hazard lights on, then everyone out on the side away from traffic and behind the barrier if there is one. Keep children away from the road and out of the heat.
- Then book help in the QARO app and share your live location.

A family car checklist
- Before the school term: check the battery if it is two or more years old. Most last two to three years in UAE heat.
- Once a month: check all four tyres and the spare. A loaded family car needs the right pressure, shown on the sticker in the driver’s door frame.
- Before a long drive to another emirate: tyres, the spare, the jack and a warning triangle, and water for everyone in case you have to wait.
- Buying a bigger car? Have a used one checked before you pay with a pre-purchase inspection.
