We Are Rethinking
Car Ownership.
QARO is on a mission to make car care as simple as ordering food. No queues, no waiting rooms, just premium service at your doorstep.
Why We Started
Car maintenance has historically been a time-consuming hassle. From finding a trustworthy garage to waiting hours for a simple car wash or battery change, the traditional model is broken.
At QARO, we asked a simple question: Why go to the garage when the garage can come to you? We are a team of automotive enthusiasts and tech innovators building the future of mobility services in the UAE.

What is QARO?
QARO is a UAE mobile car-services company: a technician comes to your car, wherever it is parked, and the job is booked and paid for in the QARO app. That covers battery replacement and jump-starts, spare tyre changes, puncture repair, tyre air top-ups and new tyres fitted at the car, towing, car lockouts, vehicle inspection, engine diagnostics and car washes. For work that needs a workshop, QARO also books one of 260 car garages in Dubai and Sharjah through its garage finder.
Who is behind QARO?
QARO is a UAE company with its office on the 6th floor of Meydan Grandstand, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai. The QARO iPhone app is published on the App Store by QARO TECHNOLOGY FZE, and services are sold by Qaro Auto Repairing LLC. The Android app is on Google Play, and the same bookings can be made in a browser at app.qaro.ae.
Which cars can QARO work on?
QARO works on cars, SUVs and vans of every common make in the UAE. Its battery finder alone covers 106 makes and 1,081 models. European cars get their new battery registered with the car’s computer, and hybrids and electric cars get their 12V battery replaced or jump-started; see car services for hybrid and electric cars.
Where does QARO operate?
QARO covers all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. The coverage page lists every area we serve. Help is available 24 hours a day, every day, including weekends and UAE public holidays.
How does a QARO booking work?
- Choose the service in the QARO app, on the App Store or Google Play.
- See the price before you confirm. The app shows the price for your car before you book, with VAT included.
- Share where the car is. For a car park, add the level and bay number.
- Track the technician live in the app. Average dispatch is under 8 minutes in major UAE cities.
- Pay in the app once the job is done.
How much do QARO services cost?
Every QARO price is a starting price: the exact price depends on your car and the option you choose, and the app shows it before you confirm. The full list is on the pricing page.

| Jump-start | Starting from AED 120 |
