Use Garage Booking — browse verified UAE workshops in the QARO app, get transparent quotes, book a slot. Pickup-drop available in most areas.

Payment & invoicing

What payment methods does QARO accept?

Apple Pay, Google Pay, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). International cards accepted with 3D Secure. Cash accepted in select areas. VAT invoice generated in-app for every booking.

Can I get a corporate/company VAT invoice?

Yes — set a company name and TRN in your QARO profile and every booking auto-generates a VAT invoice in the company's name. Ideal for expense claims and fleet operators.

Does QARO charge upfront or after the service?

Upfront — you see the fixed AED price before you confirm. No surprise fees at the door. If parts vary based on inspection (e.g. tyre size unknown), the app quotes a range and confirms the exact price before dispatch.

Do you offer subscription plans?

Not currently — QARO is on-demand pay-per-use so you only pay for the services you actually book. Fleet operators can request a corporate account with volume pricing.

Trust & quality

Are QARO technicians certified?

Every QARO technician is background-verified and trained on the specific service they perform. Battery and tyre technicians are OEM-certified with calibrated torque tools.

Does QARO give a warranty on work?

Yes — manufacturer warranty on parts (typically 24 months for batteries, 12 months for tyres) plus a workmanship warranty on labour. All warranty terms visible in the app before booking.

What if the technician damages my car?

QARO carries full liability insurance for on-site work. Any damage caused during a QARO service is repaired at no cost to you — reported through the app for immediate action.

Are prices transparent — no hidden fees?

Yes — the AED price you see in the app is what you pay. Fitting, balancing, TPMS reset, disposal, VAT are all included in the quoted price. Fuel is charged at pump-station retail on delivery.

How QARO compares

How is QARO different from CAFU?

CAFU is subscription-based scheduled fuel delivery (overnight fills for fleets). QARO is on-demand roadside — battery, tyre, fuel, jump-start, tow, wash and more, delivered when you need them.

How is QARO different from Service My Car?

Service My Car is a pickup-drop workshop marketplace for major services. QARO does mobile-to-you services (battery, tyre, wash, oil) plus garage booking. Use both — QARO for the routine, Service My Car for the once-a-year major service.

How is QARO different from a dealer service centre?

Dealer service centres charge OEM warranty premiums (2-3× QARO) and require you to leave the car for the day. QARO is 40-60% cheaper on like-for-like services, mobile-to-you, no time off work. Use QARO for out-of-warranty work; use the dealer for anything that would void OEM warranty.

How is QARO different from a local Al Quoz workshop?

Al Quoz workshops are cheapest for cash walk-ins on older cars. QARO is fixed AED price, mobile-to-you, VAT invoice, warranty on parts and work. Use Al Quoz when convenience doesn't matter and you already know the shop.
