Both apps send a technician to your car in the UAE, and both show a price before you book — so the honest answer is that they overlap less than they look. MySyara is the broader workshop-backed platform; QARO is the narrower on-road one. Which is right depends entirely on whether your car needs a service or needs rescuing.
MySyara figures below are taken from mysyara.com's own published service pages and may change — check their app for current prices before you decide.

What MySyara does well
- It is broader. AC, brakes, denting and painting, and full minor or major servicing are all first-class MySyara services with a published starting price. QARO does not do any of those mobile — they need a ramp, and QARO refers them out.
- Free pickup and drop-off is built in, not an add-on. If your car has to go to a workshop anyway, that is a genuine convenience QARO only matches through its Garage Booking partners.
- Cheaper entry price on a wash — AED 30 against QARO's starting from AED 55 — and it sells monthly wash subscriptions, which QARO does not.
- 0% pay-later over up to 12 months. For a large repair bill that matters, and QARO has no equivalent.
- It also runs a parts marketplace and a garage-management platform, so a workshop owner may deal with MySyara as a supplier as well as a competitor.
Where QARO is different
- Roadside emergencies are the core, not an add-on. Towing starting from AED 175, lockout starting from AED 350 and jump-start starting from AED 120 are standing QARO services with fixed prices. MySyara does not list towing or lockout at all.
- Cheaper on battery replacement. Starting from AED 425 fitted against AED 500. A pre-purchase inspection goes the other way: starting from AED 325 against MySyara’s starting from AED 299, for a 23-point check with an OBD scan and a full road test.
- Seven emirates, not four. QARO covers Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah as well as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman — and Al Ain.
- Dispatch is measured in minutes, not slots. Average dispatch is under 8 minutes, 24 hours a day — the service is built around a car that has stopped working now.
- Per-model battery fitment is published. QARO lists the exact DIN, JIS or SAE fitment and brand price for around 960 specific make-and-model combinations, so you can check the part before booking.
Which should you choose?
If your car has stopped working, choose QARO. A flat battery, a flat tyre, keys locked inside, or a car that will not move needs a technician in minutes with a fixed price, and that is what QARO is built for. MySyara does not list towing or lockout.
If your car needs servicing or workshop repair, MySyara is the more complete answer. AC, brakes, bodywork and a full minor or major service all have published prices and free pickup-and-drop. QARO would refer the same jobs to a Garage Booking partner, which is a step sideways rather than an advantage.
For a wash, MySyara is cheaper to start at AED 30, and its subscription suits a weekly habit. QARO's waterless wash, starting from AED 55, works in a basement or tower car park where hose use is banned, with no contract — which is the better fit depends on your building, not on the price alone.
Plenty of UAE drivers keep both installed, and that is a reasonable answer too.

Frequently asked questions
Does MySyara offer towing or lockout help?
Not as listed services on its own site. MySyara advertises an emergency battery line, but towing and car lockout are not part of its published catalogue. QARO runs both as standing services with fixed prices — towing starting from AED 175, lockout starting from AED 350.
Is QARO or MySyara cheaper?
It depends on the job. MySyara is cheaper to start on a car wash (AED 30 against starting from AED 55) and on entry-level tyre fitting. QARO is cheaper on battery replacement (starting from AED 425 fitted against AED 500). MySyara starts lower on a pre-purchase inspection (starting from AED 299 against QARO’s starting from AED 325 for a 23-point check with a road test). Neither is cheaper across the board, and any claim otherwise should be checked against both apps on the day.
Can QARO handle AC repair, brakes or bodywork?
Not mobile — those need a workshop ramp. QARO books them through Garage Booking, which lists verified UAE garages with transparent quotes and pickup-and-drop in most areas. MySyara does them itself at its own garages, starting from AED 100 for AC service, AED 325 for brakes and AED 425 for denting and painting.
Which covers more of the UAE?
QARO covers all seven emirates, including Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah, plus Al Ain, across 100+ named areas. MySyara states Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman. Check your own address in either app, since coverage inside an emirate is never uniform.
