What MySyara does well
Credit where it is due. MySyara publishes starting prices for the jobs most apps quote only after inspection: full service starting from AED 350, AC service starting from AED 100, brakes starting from AED 325 and denting and painting starting from AED 425. MySyara’s car wash is starting from AED 30, with subscriptions, and its pickup and drop-off for workshop jobs is free. It also offers buy-now-pay-later over up to 12 months. If your car needs servicing or bodywork, you may not need an alternative at all.
1. QARO — for roadside help and everything done at the car
QARO covers the gap MySyara leaves: the car that has stopped working. Towing starting from AED 175, car lockout starting from AED 350 and jump-start starting from AED 120 are standing QARO services, available 24/7 in all seven emirates — including Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah, which MySyara does not list.
Where the two overlap, prices go both ways: QARO’s battery replacement is starting from AED 425 fitted against MySyara’s starting from AED 500, while QARO’s pre-purchase inspection is starting from AED 325 against MySyara’s starting from AED 299 — for a 23-point check with an OBD scan and a full road test. If you like MySyara’s pickup model and just want a second quote, ServiceMyCar works the same way: it collects the car, services it at a partner garage and returns it, with free pickup on app and web bookings. 3. Fasttrack Emarat — walk-in, some branches 24 hours
Fasttrack Emarat has 28 branches at or near fuel stations, open seven days, some around the clock. Oil, tyres, batteries, brakes, AC, servicing, tinting, detailing and pre-purchase inspections are all done at the branch, and Fasttrack Emarat also offers pickup and drop-off. It publishes no prices online.
4. Your dealer — for warranty and recall work
Any car under manufacturer warranty or with an open recall belongs at the dealer. An official brand service history can also matter at resale.
