What is the QARO garage app?
It is QARO's workshop management software at garage.qaro.ae, also called QARO For Business. It runs a UAE garage from gate entry to gate exit: number-plate reading, visual checklist, estimate, job card, technician log, quality check, VAT invoice and gate exit, with ledgers, reports, roles and spare parts behind it. It also receives jobs that drivers book in the QARO consumer app.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It is a web app, so it runs in the browser at garage.qaro.ae.
Does it read UAE number plates?
Yes. At gate entry you upload a photo of the plate and the app tries to fill in the registration number automatically. Plates are recorded with their country, emirate, code and number.
Does it produce UAE VAT tax invoices?
Yes. Invoices are generated VAT-inclusive or VAT-exclusive as a PDF with a payment link, and business orders carry the customer’s TRN.
Can I limit what each employee sees?
Yes. Roles are set section by section, so a technician role can be limited to the Technician and Work Order screens while a supervisor also sees gate entry, job cards, quality check and billing.
How do QARO app bookings reach my garage?
Bookings that drivers make for your garage in the QARO app appear in your Bookings list. On-demand and emergency jobs appear under On Demand with the customer’s location, so you can assign a pilot and update the status.

QARO Garage App (garage.qaro.ae) is workshop management software for UAE garages. It takes every car from gate entry to gate exit: plate reading, visual checklist, estimate, job card, technician log, quality check, VAT invoice and gate exit, with ledgers, reports, staff roles, spare parts and coupons in the same account. It is connected to the QARO consumer app, so garage bookings and on-demand jobs from UAE drivers arrive in the workshop’s queue.
