Vehicle Inspection in Dubai Hills Estate

No — the registration pass certificate can only be issued by an RTA-authorised testing centre (Tasjeel, Shamil, Wasel and similar). What QARO does is the check BEFORE that: a technician inspects your car at your Dubai Hills Estate address, starting from AED 325, and reports the items that commonly fail the test — brakes, tyres, lights, suspension, emissions readiness, glass and leaks — so you go once instead of paying twice.

A 120-minute inspection at the seller's location in Dubai Hills Estate before you hand over money: OBD fault-code scan across engine, transmission, ABS and airbag modules, battery and alternator health, tyre tread and age, brake wear, suspension and steering play, fluid condition and leaks, body panel and paint-depth check for accident repair, plus a road test. You get a digital report by email.

It tells you which items would fail and what each would cost to put right, which is the useful part. It is not itself a pass or a certificate — that comes from the authorised centre. Most customers book this a week before renewal, fix what the report flags, then test once.

Starting from AED 325, VAT inclusive, at your location, whether it is a pre-purchase check, a pre-test condition check or a post-accident report. The price is the same across Dubai Hills Estate and every other emirate QARO covers, and it is shown in the app before you confirm.

Yes. Book the inspection at the seller's address anywhere QARO covers — all of Dubai and Sharjah, Abu Dhabi city, and most Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah zones. The report reaches you by email before you travel or pay, which is the point.

Yes — a digital report emailed on completion, listing every checked item with its condition, the OBD codes read, photographs of any defect found, and the technician's notes. Buyers use it to negotiate; sellers use it to evidence condition.
